Key Skills Microcredentials (MORAL)

The Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB) participates as a partner project “Key Skills Micro-Credentials: A Passport to Employment and Inclusion (MORAL)”, which is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Partnerships for Innovation – Forward-Looking Projects. The project aims to develop a “Passport to Employment”, consisting of a set of micro-credentials certifying that its holders possess the necessary skills required by businesses, thereby facilitating their integration into the labour market. The project focuses on disadvantaged groups – the long-term unemployed, young people, economically inactive women, and low-skilled adults – whose particular circumstances make access and participation in the labour market more difficult.

Within the project’s framework, OEB contributes in identifying the skills the target groups need in order to enter the labour market, and to conducting workshops with businesses and policy makers.

The project will be implemented between 2024 and 2026.
