The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs its members that, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry dated September 28, 2026, there are industrial plots available for rent in the Kokkinotrimithia Industrial Area and in the Industrial Area B of Paphos (Agia Varvara).
Specifically, in the Industrial Area of Kokkinotrimithia , three (3) plots are available: no. 14, with an area of approximately 3,840 sq.m., no. 10, with an area of approximately 2,010 sq.m. and no. 35B, with an area of approximately 1,920 sq.m.
In the Industrial Area B of Paphos (Agia Varvara) there are four (4) plots available: no. 22, with an area of approximately 2,200 sq.m., no. 23, with an area of approximately 2,640 sq.m., no. 24, with an area of approximately 2,560 sq.m. and no. 25, with an area of approximately 2,650 sq.m.
Interested businesses can apply for a lease using the special form BP1, which must be accompanied by the required supporting documents, as specified in the form.
The deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2026.
Applications will be examined in accordance with the procedure and criteria provided for in the Immovable Property of the Republic (Leasing of Property within Government Industrial Areas) Regulations of 1990 (K.D.P. 164/90), as amended.
