The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs you that, according to an announcement by the Customs Department dated July 14, 2026, due to a technical issue, the completion of the processing of certain declarations, which remain “under payment”, is affected.
Until the issue is finally settled, the Customs Department applies backup procedures for payments in cash or cheque via GL18, by bank transfer or credit card, as well as for cases of deferral of payment. For instructions regarding deferral of payment, interested companies or their customs agents can contact the Chief Customs Office at 22 601708.
