Safety and Health at Work – Draft Regulations for Harmonization with the IMERA Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 and Directive (EU) 2749)
It concerns the Companies that place on the market:
(a) simple pressure vessels,
(b) pressure equipment,
(c) protective devices and systems intended for use in explosive atmospheres;
(d) lifts and lift safety components.
The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs you that the Department of Labour Inspection (TEE), competent Authority for occupational safety and health issues, for the purposes of harmonization with the provisions of the “IMERA Act” (Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 and Directive (EU) 2024/2749), has prepared the four attached draft Regulations, which it has submitted for public consultation.
As a result of the above, our request is that in case you have any comments, remarks or suggestions, you send them to us as soon as possible and by December 5, 2025 in order to be taken into account in the formulation of our positions, which we will develop and promote during the meeting of the Technical Committee.
