Συνοριακές Διατυπώσεις ΗΒ – ΕΕ: Πληροφορίες για το τέλος της μεταβατικής περιόδου του Brexit

Σε συνέχεια της διαδικτυακής ενημερωτικής εκδήλωσης που διοργάνωσε η Πρεσβεία της Βρετανίας στην Αθήνα με θέμα το Brexit στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου, σας αποστέλλονται τα πιο κάτω:

• οι παρουσιάσεις που ετοιμάστηκαν από τις αρμόδιες Αρχές του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου σε σχέση με τις διατυπώσεις στα σύνορα με την Ε.Ε. που θα τεθούν σε εφαρμογή μετά την λήξη της μεταβατικής περιόδου του Brexit, την 1^η Ιανουαρίου 2021.

Παρόλο που ορισμένες σημαντικές πληροφορίες όπως οι δασμολογικοί συντελεστές εκκρεμούν και θα εξαρτηθούν από το αποτέλεσμα των διαπραγματεύσεων Η.Β.-Ε.Ε., ωστόσο, μεγάλο μέρος της διαδικασίας στα σύνορα θα παραμείνει η ίδια ανεξάρτητα από το αποτέλεσμα των διαπραγματεύσεων, όπως για παράδειγμα η ανάγκη για συμφωνία με τους συνεργάτες/προμηθευτές (incoterms), οι απαιτήσεις για εξασφάλιση από το Η.Β. του Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number (EORI), ο έλεγχος οχημάτων που θα μεταφέρουν προϊόντα, ο υγειονομικός έλεγχος διαφόρων προϊόντων, κλπ.

Η ΟΕΒ θα σας παρέχει ενημέρωση για όλες τις εξελίξεις σε σχέση με το Brexit.
