Following the adoption of Amending Laws 113(I)/2025 of Law 73(I)/2016 on the Regulation of Public Procurement Procedures and Related Issues and 114(I)/2025 of Law 140(I)/2016 on the Regulation of the Procedures for the Conclusion of Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors and on Related Issues, with regard to the obligation of the contracting authorities / contracting entities of the Republic to update the Electronic Procurement System (eProcurement System), with the results of the procurement procedures, for the purposes of maintaining correct statistical data and monitoring the procedures, before making any payments, a circular of the General Accounting Office of the Republic is attached.
