The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs you that, the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, following the reminder letters sent to the companies on February 9, 2026 regarding the submission of due Annual Reports and the corresponding Financial Statements, announces the granting of an extension for their submission until December 31, 2026.
It is clarified that, after the expiration of the above deadline, in case of non-compliance, the process of delisting the companies will continue, in accordance with the provisions of the article 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113.
Businesses are invited to take the required actions within the specified deadline.
