The Customs Department informs its economic partners, the public and all users of the customs systems, that from Friday, June 12, 2026 at 14:30, until Monday, June 15, 2026 at 07:00, scheduled works will be carried out in collaboration with the IT Services Department and the technical support companies involved, scheduled works will be carried out to transfer the information and technological equipment of the Customs Department to a new Data Center.
During the work, there will be an interruption in all electronic systems and services of the Customs Department as well as services that connect or exchange data with the customs systems.
Users are invited, where possible, to schedule their tasks in advance and complete urgent transactions before the start of operations, on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 14:30.
As part of the preparation of these works, a shutdown of the systems will also be required on Wednesday 10/6/2026 between 10:00 am and 11:00 am.
