You are informed that the Energy Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industryhas put into operation the new Digital One Stop Shop for the Energy Upgrade of Buildings, which is the central point of information and guidance for owners, managers and any interested party who wishes to proceed with interventions to improve the energy efficiency of a building.
The Digital One Stop Shop was created in the context of the implementation of Directive (EU) 2024/1275 on the Energy Performance of Buildings, which provides for the creation of One Stop Shops to provide technical, administrative and information support to all those involved in the energy upgrade of buildings.
This initiative is an important step for the convenience of citizens, since through a single online platform interested parties can find gathered information, useful tools and personalized guidance for all stages of energy upgrade, from the initial planning to the implementation of interventions. At the same time, it contributes to the acceleration of energy renovations, the reduction of energy consumption and energy costs, the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building stock and the achievement of national and European energy and climate targets.
Through the platform, building owners or managers are provided with:
- concentrated and reliable information on the energy upgrade of buildings,
- access to available financial tools and grants;
- technical guidance for the proper implementation of interventions;
- information on vulnerable consumers and energy poverty;
- possibility of drawing up an indicative energy upgrade program of the building.
The Digital One-Stop Shop aims to facilitate citizens’ access to reliable information and available financing tools, reduce administrative barriers related to energy renovations, and support the transition towards a highly energy-efficient, low-carbon building stock.
