The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs that new Decrees have been issued concerning the health surveillance of employees who perform painting jobs on motor vehicles and professional bus drivers.
Based on the Decrees, employers will have to keep a register of affected employees, who will undergo specified initial and periodic medical and laboratory examinations. At the same time, the preparation of an individual medical record and the possession of a valid certificate of suitability for work are provided.
The Decrees enter into force on August 14, 2027, upon the completion of twelve (12) months from the date of their publication.
