Attached, for your information, is a letter from the Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of Health regarding the implementation of the Transparency in Public Decision-Making Procedures and Related Issues of Law (Lobbying Legislation).
According to the letter, persons who carry out interest representation activities and/or represent special interest groups and wish to communicate or hold meetings with officials of the Pharmaceutical Services, on issues that fall under the provisions of the relevant legislation, should be registered in the Registration Register of the Independent Anti-Corruption Authority.
It is pointed out that requests for a meeting will be examined only if the interested persons are registered in the above Register and comply with the relevant obligations provided by law.
Members who may be affected are invited to take note of the attached letter and to take appropriate action where necessary.
