In the context of the improvement of the services provided by the Support Office of the systems of the Customs Department, the electronic service CY-UCC Helpdesk – ServiceNow has been implemented. Through this platform, any technical or business requests/questions/incidents/problems concerning the AIS, AES, NCTS, ICS2, EMCS, TARIFF systems are reported (the other systems displayed on the platform are internal systems of the Customs Department and do not concern the public and economic operators). Access to this service is possible through a self-registration process. Instructions for securing access are attached.
Therefore, you are invited to access this service as soon as possible, as from 1/9/2026 any requests/questions/incidents/problems related to the aforementioned systems will not be handled by phone or email.
The existing e-mail helpdesk.cyprus@customs.mof.gov.cy of the Support Office continues to operate for reporting issues related to the other systems of the Department.
