The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs its Members that the Labour Inspection Department of the Ministry of Labour, due to accidents occurring in activities of the sector, has planned to conduct, during the months of May and November 2026, an inspection campaign in Manufacturing premises.
The campaign focuses on:

- raising awareness among all those involved in this economic activity of the need to take measures to protect workers, as well as to ensure fair competition between businesses.

- the control of employers’ compliance with the relevant provisions of the Legislation for the provision of evidence-based training on safety and health issues, the implementation of a risk management system, the determination and implementation, based on the written risk assessment, of protection and prevention measures.
Attached is the Annex with the Control Points along with the corresponding explanations of the main risks and protection and prevention measures, on which this year’s campaign focuses, as issued by the Department of Labor Inspection.
