Following the informative Webinars organized by OEB in collaboration with the Tax Department, on January 15 and 16, 2026, on Changes in Taxation of Individuals, OEB collected and grouped the questions submitted by the participants. Subsequently, officials of the Tax Department devoted valuable time, processed the questions and prepared a form (attached) which includes detailed answers and clarifications per thematic unit.
The information material is expected to contribute substantially to a better understanding of the changes introduced by the tax reform, as well as to the proper implementation of the new regulations.
OEB will continue to support the information of its members and to act as a channel of communication between the business community and competent authorities on tax policy issues.
