The 3rd Annual General Assembly of the Cyprus Hydrogen Association was held on 23 June 2025. Within the framework of the Assembly, the president of the SYK, Mr. Ketonis, addressed a brief greeting, analyzing the actions of the association and its successes so far. This was followed by a greeting by the Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry, Mr. Papanastasiou, with special reference to the National Hydrogen Strategy. The CEO of Hydrogen Europe, Mr. Hatzimarkakis, also addressed a brief greeting, emphasizing the prospects that Cyprus has on the issue of Green Hydrogen.
Finally, it was held by Dr. Andreas Poulikkas, professor at Frederick University, presented the Hydrogen Economy, by Mr. Konstantinos Hatzifotis, Director of European Affairs of the Motor Oil Hellas Group, the TRIERES program and by Dr. Chryso Sotiriou, Senior Specialist in Energy Policy and Climate Change at ideopsis, the GreenH2Cy program.
