The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs you that the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry has re-posted, as of August 12, 2025 at 15:00, the revised text of the bill “The Consumer Credit Agreements Law of 2025” on the electronic platform e-consultation for a new public consultation.
The text has undergone substantial changes after thorough study and incorporation of comments and suggestions submitted in the previous consultation (14/10/2024 – 25/11/2024).
