The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry has put to Public Consultation the draft law entitled “the Energy Efficiency Promotion Law 2025”. The draft bill was prepared for the purpose of harmonising national legislation with specific articles and annexes of Directive 2023/1791 on energy efficiency (recast).
The draft bill can be found on the Public Consultation (e-Consultation) platform.
Comments are submitted through the “Feedback Form”, according to the instructions included in the form. Please note that the deadline for submission of comments is Friday , 28 February 2025, at 15:00.
