You are informed that the Ministry of Interior has put to public electronic consultation the Bill entitled “The Regulation of Roads and Buildings (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2026”.
The purpose of the Bill in question is to amend the Law on the Regulation of Roads and Buildings, by introducing a new provision that provides for a special procedure for the regularization of buildings erected without prior obtaining a building permit, provided that their construction has been completed before the entry into force of the proposed amending law.
Interested parties can submit comments and/or suggestions until April 20, 2026 through the “e-Consultation” platform.
