The Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB) proudly presents its Sustainability Report for the year 2024, reaffirming its leading role in promoting sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship in Cyprus.
The Report has been prepared within the framework of the MESS4GE programme, co-funded by the European Union, and is based on the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for Non-listed SMEs, developed by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
Although OEB does not fall within the mandatory scope of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), it demonstrates in practice its leadership and commitment to the principles of transparency, environmental responsibility, and social awareness.
The Report presents in a structured and well-documented manner OEB’s performance, strategic objectives, and best practices across the critical areas of environment, social impact, and corporate governance. Through this Report, OEB sends a strong message:
Sustainability is a prerequisite for progress, resilience, and adaptation to emerging demands, essential for building a competitive economy.
The 2024 Sustainability Report is available on OEB’s official website.
