The Tax Department informs that, based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 20/6/2025 (KDP 176/2025), the deadline for the submission of the Individual Income Declaration without accounts for the tax year 2024 and the payment of the tax due is extended until 30 September 2025.
It is reminded that the obligation to submit a Person’s Income Declaration without accounts for the tax year 2024 is held by Employees, Pensioners and Self-employed whose Gross Total Income for the tax year 2024 exceeds the amount of €19,500.
The Declaration is submitted through the TaxisNet system at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.
