The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry has announced the extension of the application period for the Grant Scheme for Energy Storage Systems in combination with RES projects. The new deadline was set for April 25, 2025, instead of the original date of March 28.
At the same time, with its decision on 26 March 2025, the Council of Ministers approved the consolidation of the Participation Fees and Fair Execution Guarantee for all applications. In addition, it decided that the Guarantees of Faithful Performance and Good Operation will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the sponsorship amount for each application that will arise through the tender process. It was also decided to abolish the Guarantees that are below €10,000, in order to achieve a reduction in administrative burden and costs.
