Following the successful conclusion of the Annual Electoral General Assembly of the Cyprus Quality Association (member of OEB), which took place on 5 May 2025, the new Board of Directors proceeded to its constituency as a body during its first session, as follows:
- President: Andreas Ioannidis (EAC)
- Vice President: Dr. Alekos Loizidis (Hellenic Bank)
- Secretary: Christina Pitrakkou (Swiss Approval)
- Treasurer: Dr. Adrian Ioannou
- Membership:
- Dr. Marianna Kourouzidou (Vassiliko Cement Works)
- Akis Nikolaidis (KEPA)
- Anastasia Anthousi (Data Knights)
- Giorgos Panayiotou (KEAN)
- Christoforos Christoforou (Iron Mountain)
- Dr. Mary Kyriakou
The Board of Directors also proceeded with the establishment of Thematic Committees, consisting of its members, with the task of developing and implementing targeted action plans aimed at modernizing the operation of the Association and further upgrading services to members and the wider society.
The committees that have been set up are:
- Events Committee
- Members’ Committee
- Education Committee
- Communication Committee
