Regarding the above issue, you are informed that the Ministry of Health announces the launch of a Public Consultation on the bill entitled “Bill that provides for the quality of the services and training programs provided, in matters of first aid and resuscitation, Law of 2025”. The purpose of this bill is to create a legal framework for the licensing process of service providers and providers of training programs in First Aid and Resuscitation, as well as their supervision by the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry of Health puts the above bill for consultation and invites any interested party to send, electronically through the h-Consultation platform, opinions/comments/observations no later than 11/02/2026.
