Announcement of the Companies Sector date. 03/12/25 – EUROPEAN COMMISSION PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE FORMS FOR SUBMITTING BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP INFORMATION
The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs that, according to the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (Companies Section), the European Commission has put to public consultation the draft Implementing Regulation concerning the forms of submission of information on the Beneficial Owner. The content of the consultation is linked to the technical specifications and standards that will govern the Central Registers of Beneficial Ownership of the Member States, based on Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 and Article 10 of Directive (EU) 2024/1640.
The public consultation will remain open until December 24, 2025. Comments are submitted directly to the European Commission via the respective online platform
