The General Accounting Office of the Republic, in the context of the reforms promoted for the simplification and modernization of procedures and legislation in the field of public procurement, announces the vote by the House of Representatives of the following amendments, effective from 4/7/2025:
- Revise and align the thresholds for the implementation of the Summary Procedures as follows:
- Obligation to update the eProcurement system for all public procurement assignments, to enhance transparency and monitoring.
- Prohibition of making any payment before informing the eProcurement system of the respective assignment.
All the amendments that have been voted in the context of these amendments are referred to in the Bulletin of the General Accounting Office of the Republic with no. ED29, date. 7/7/2025.
