The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Cyprus (OEB), in the context of the ongoing information on the obligation to register essential terms of employment of all employees in the “ERGANI” information system, provides additional useful information and tools that will facilitate the process and help in the proper implementation of the legislation.

Video with Instructions for Use of the “ERGANI” System: The Social Insurance Services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance have prepared a video with instructions for the use of the “ERGANI” information system, which provides guidelines for the registration of the essential conditions of employment of employees. 2. Terms of Employment Template (Excel): For businesses that are required to make bulk listings, we provide file template in Excel format. Note that the template includes instructions for completing the file.
3. Presentation by the Director of the Department of Labor Relations: In the context of the online information meeting organized by OEB on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Mr. Andy Apostolou, Director of the Department of Labour Relations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, presented the aspects of the obligation to register the essential terms of employment in the “ERGANI” system. It is noted that OEB is in the process of preparing a Q form, which will be communicated to all interested parties as soon as it is finalized in the coming days.
