The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs that by decision of the Tax Commissioner, the date of timely submission of the VAT Return and payment of the VAT due for the period ended on 30/6/2026, as well as the submission of the Summary Table (VIES) for the period relating to the month of July 2026, is extended until 20/08/2026, due to the summer vacation period.
After 20/08/2026, the submission of the said VAT Return, the payment of the VAT due and the submission of the said Summary Table (VIES) will be considered overdue and will be subject to financial charges and additional tax as follows:
- €100 for non-timely submission of the VAT return, and
- Additional tax of 10% on the VAT due.
- €50 for non-timely submission of the Recapitulative Statement (VIES)
