The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs you that the Department of Road Transport has submitted for public consultation a draft law proposal to amend the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods Law of 2004.
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to transpose into the legal order of the Republic of Cyprus the provisions of the European Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2025/1801, dated 28 June 2025, adapting to scientific and technical progress Annexes I and II of Directive (EU) 2022/1999, on the establishment of uniform procedures in the field of control of the transport of dangerous goods by road.
