The K.Y.SY.D.A.D. CYPRUS HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTORATE LTD announces the assumption of duties of the new Board of Directors, effective today, marking the beginning of a new term for the professional association of Human Resources executives in Cyprus.
The new Board of Directors consists of:
- President: Athina Neophytou (Golden Dawn Papaellinas Emporiki-ALPHAMEGA/BeanBar)
- Vice President: George Fylaktou (CYTA)
- Secretary: Areti Vasilara (IPH Iakovos Photiades Group)
- Treasurer: Dimitris Katopodis (State Health Services Organization (OKYPY))
- Assistant Secretary : Chrysanthos Georgiou (Island Oil (Holdings) Ltd)
- Member: Kyriakos Andreou (Cyfield Group)
- Member: Natasa Iakovidou (Hermes Airports Ltd)
- Member: Andros Yasemi (OneJar Ltd)
- Member: Marina Sevastidou (Wargaming Group Ltd)
On the occasion of his assumption of duties, the new President of Ky.Sy.D.A.D., Athena Neophytou, stated:

Together with the members of the new Board of Directors, we are committed to continuing to strengthen the Association’s role as a point of reference for the community of Human Resources professionals in Cyprus. Our goal is to create substantial value for our members, to highlight the strategic role of HR in modern businesses and to actively contribute to the formation of a work environment that promotes growth, innovation and people.”
During the new term, the Board of Directors will focus on enhancing the professional development of members, promoting modern Human Resource Management practices, developing partnerships with the business and academic community, as well as further strengthening the presence and role of Ky.Sy.D.A.D. in the Cypriot market.
