The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs its members that the Department of Environment of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment invites all interested parties to apply the provisions of the Waste (Management of Waste from Construction and Demolition) Regulations of 2023 (K.D.P. 112/2023), when announcing tenders and/or the execution of projects related to Technical or Building Projects.
The implementation of the above Regulation and especially the certification of the proper management of Construction and Demolition Waste (AKK), in accordance with the AKK management plan and the relevant form (KAA 253/2023), is a decisive and necessary tool for securing the Certificate of Compatibility from the Department of Environment.
In the event that stakeholders fail to ensure the proper management of the AK, in accordance with the above practice, it will result in the non-issuance of the Certificate of Compatibility and the loss of significant funds. Also, non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulations is an offense.
