Announcements of the Tax Department

The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs you that the Tax Department has proceeded with important updates regarding tax obligations and procedures of businesses and individuals.

For your timely information, the relevant announcements are attached, which concern the following:

1. Procedure for the Submission of the Income Statement TF1 for the tax year 2025
2. Registration of Companies in the tax register of legal entities exclusively through cylogin
3. Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of the Annual Income Tax and Contribution Withholding Return (PAYE) for the year 2025
4. Extension of the deadline for the submission of VAT Return and VIES table
