The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs you that the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry is putting the Bill entitled:
“The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (Amendment) Law of 2026”
The bill was prepared for the purpose of effective implementation of certain provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations.
Opinions/comments/suggestions can be submitted either through the email address athoidi@meci.gov.cy or electronically through the above platform, after completing the relevant registration on the e-consultation platform.
