The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs its Members that the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, in cooperation with the Cyprus Agricultural Payments Organization (CSO) and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (YEEB), have announced the Intervention A.A 4.2 “Investments in the Processing and/or Marketing of Agricultural Products”.
The total budget of the call amounts to €10.3 million and its objective is to support existing and new businesses active in the processing and/or marketing of agricultural products included in Annex I of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, with the exception of fishery and aquaculture products, wine and wine vinegar.
Beneficiaries of the Intervention are natural or legal persons who undertake the implementation of eligible investments and fall into the following categories:
Category A: Small, medium and large enterprises.
Category B: Very small enterprises of the SME category.
The submission of proposals will start on November 4, 2025 at 09:00 a.m. Applications will be submitted exclusively electronically through the Grant Scheme System of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry at https://fundingapps.meci.gov.cy.
The evaluation of applications will be based on the order of submission (direct evaluation), while applications with a total budget of up to €15 million will be accepted. Applications that will be submitted in excess of the available budget of €10.3 million. They will be considered runners-up and will be considered according to the possible savings.
