The Tax Department informs that the submission of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Return and the Payment of the VAT due for the period ended 31 May 2025, as well as the Summary Table (VIES) for the period relating to the month of June 2025, is extended until 29 July 2025.
The extension is considered necessary, due to a planned interruption in the operation of the Tax For All (TFA) system for upgrade purposes.
After 29 July 2025, the submission of the VAT Return, the payment of the VAT due and the submission of the Summary Table (VIES) will be considered overdue and are subject to monetary charges and additional tax as follows:
- €100 for non-timely submission of the VAT Return
- Additional tax of 10% on the VAT due
- €50 for non-timely submission of the Summary Table (VIES)
