The memories awaken and take us back to the years that followed the Turkish invasion of 1974, the gradual growth of the company, but also to the challenges of recent years such as the “haircut” of deposits, the pandemic and the great challenge of the lack of grain due to the war in Ukraine. To the crucial question of flour sufficiency, he answers disarmingly and points out the importance of maintaining strategic stocks. He reassures, however, by saying that important decisions have been taken by the government.
