The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs its members that by Decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance, which was issued and published today, February 28, 2025, in the Official Gazette of the Republic, the deadline for the mandatory registration of the terms of operation of the “ERGANI” information system is extended .
Specifically, instead of 28 February 2025 which was originally in force, the deadline is set for 31 May 2025.
