Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of a Questionnaire for the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information in Investment Entities and Trusts

The Department of Taxation informs that the deadline for the submission of the questionnaire for the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information by Investment Entities or Trusts is extended until March 31, 2025.

This obligation concerns companies to which a relevant notification was sent electronically, based on the Announcement dated 19/12/2024.

In case the questionnaire has already been submitted, please disregard this communication.
