This cooperation is expected to strengthen the co-ordination and the already close relationship between the two Organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The cooperation includes exchange of experts from the two bodies, and promotion of conferences and workshops of specialised nature .<\/p>\n<p>OEB and TEPAK will assist in the implementation of joint education programs involving students and academic staff as well as entrepreneurs with the ultimate goal of disseminating knowledge on broader corporate governance issues as well as in areas where the University and OEB have specialised know-how. OEB\u00a0may provide experienced staff for special presentations to the students of TEPAK.<\/p>\n<p>The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Professor Andreas Anayiotos, Rector of TEPAK and the Chairman\u00a0of OEB, Mr. Christos Michailides.
