Through this platform, any technical or business requests\/questions\/incidents\/problems concerning the AIS, AES, NCTS, ICS2, EMCS, TARIFF systems are reported (the other systems displayed on the platform are internal systems of the Customs Department and do not concern the public and economic operators). Access to this service is possible through a self-registration process.
