{"id":53162,"date":"2026-05-12T15:32:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:32:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oeb.org.cy\/european-commission-inquiry-into-notification-obligations-in-the-single-market\/"},"modified":"2026-05-12T15:32:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:32:19","slug":"european-commission-inquiry-into-notification-obligations-in-the-single-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oeb.org.cy\/en\/european-commission-inquiry-into-notification-obligations-in-the-single-market\/","title":{"rendered":"European Commission Inquiry into Notification Obligations in the Single Market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"112\" data-end=\"363\">The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs its members that, in the context of a study commissioned by the European Commission \u2013 Directorate General for the Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW), a survey is being carried out on:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"509\"><strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"509\">\u00abAssessing the importance and magnitude of gaps in the Single Market Notification Obligations for seamless functioning of the Single Market\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"668\">The study is being implemented by a consortium led by <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"624\">Intellera Consulting, a member of the Accenture Group<\/strong>, in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"667\">Milieu Consulting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"964\">The aim of the survey is to gather evidence and views on the impact that Member States&#8217; regulatory activity may have on the smooth functioning of the European Union&#8217;s Single Market, in particular in relation to the notification obligations of new national regulatory measures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1237\">The participation of businesses and professional associations is considered particularly important, as it can contribute to a better capture of practical difficulties, obstacles or gaps that may affect the day-to-day operation of businesses within the Single Market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1354\">Members who wish to participate can fill in the online questionnaire at the following link:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1427\"><strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1427\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/Gaps_SingleMarketNotifications\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1425\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/Gaps_SingleMarketNotifications<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1696\">It is recommended that the questionnaire be completed in <strong data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1505\">English<\/strong>.
