The final text includes, among other things, guidelines for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the need to formulate coherent policies for AI and industry;<\/li>\n<li>enhancing productivity and innovation<\/li>\n<li>skills development and the promotion of lifelong learning<\/li>\n<li>support for small and medium-sized enterprises<\/li>\n<li>the strengthening of social dialogue<\/li>\n<li>the upgrading of digital infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>improving access to finance<\/li>\n<li>the protection of personal data<\/li>\n<li>promoting inclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full text of the Conclusions is available on the ILO website<\/p>\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2026-04\/TMDWAI-2026-8-EN.pdf\">https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2026-04\/TMDWAI-2026-8-EN.pdf<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Through its presence, OEB supported the need for a balanced and realistic approach to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
