{"id":52967,"date":"2026-05-05T16:53:18","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T14:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oeb.org.cy\/additional-information-on-inclusion-in-the-special-employment-support-scheme-in-the-hotel-sector-correct-repetition-procedure-for-registration-of-employment-terms-in-the-ergani-system\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T16:53:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T14:53:18","slug":"additional-information-on-inclusion-in-the-special-employment-support-scheme-in-the-hotel-sector-correct-repetition-procedure-for-registration-of-employment-terms-in-the-ergani-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oeb.org.cy\/en\/additional-information-on-inclusion-in-the-special-employment-support-scheme-in-the-hotel-sector-correct-repetition-procedure-for-registration-of-employment-terms-in-the-ergani-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional information on inclusion in the Special Employment Support Scheme in the Hotel Sector &#8211; &#8220;Correct Repetition&#8221; Procedure for Registration of Employment Terms in the ERGANI system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Additional information on inclusion in the Special Employment Support Plan <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>in the Hotel Sector&#8221; <\/u><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>&#8220;Correct Repetition&#8221; Procedure for Registration of Employment Terms in the ERGANI system<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following previous circulars of the Cyprus Employers &amp; Industrialists Federation (OEB) regarding the Special Employment Support Scheme in the Hotel Sector and in view of the fact that applications will be submitted through the ERGANI information system, the Ministry of Labor &amp; Social Insurance has issued a Guide on the &#8220;Correct Repetition&#8221; procedure for Registration of Employment Terms in the system, which allows for the correction of information already submitted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The procedure concerns cases where an update or modification of employment data that has already been registered in the system is required and should precede the application in the Special Scheme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the following are highlighted:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Selection of procedure<br \/>\nThe &#8220;Correct Repetition&#8221; is selected through the path:<br \/>\n Terms of Employment \u2192 Introduction \u2192 Submission Procedure \u2192 Correct Repetition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Necessary information for<br \/>\ncorrection In order to retrieve the original submission, the following are required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference number of the Terms of Employment<\/li>\n<li>Date of submission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Locate a reference<br \/>\nnumber The reference number can be located through the option:<br \/>\n Terms of Employment \u2192 Search \u2192 &#8220;Submitted&#8221; Submission Status.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is also possible to export an Excel file, in which all employees and the corresponding reference numbers are displayed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Correction procedure<br \/>\nBy entering the reference number and the date of submission, the system displays the existing Terms of Employment, giving the possibility to modify the relevant information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5. Obligation to register a reason<br \/>\nBefore the final submission, the reason for correction must be registered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Submission with file (Excel)<br \/>\nThe process can also be carried out in bulk through an Excel file.<\/p>\n<p>In this case:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The reference number and the date of submission are entered in the corresponding columns<\/li>\n<li>The reason for the correction is stated<\/li>\n<li>The file is submitted through the option &#8220;Correct Repetition with file&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The start date for the submission of applications will be announced by the competent Ministry.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the convenience of members, the Guide with the detailed instructions for use is attached.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeb.org.cy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/%CE%94%CE%99%CE%91%CE%94%CE%99%CE%9A%CE%91%CE%A3%CE%99%CE%91-%CE%9F%CE%A1%CE%98%CE%97%CE%A3-%CE%95%CE%A0%CE%91%CE%9D%CE%91%CE%9B%CE%97%CE%A8%CE%97%CE%A3.pdf\">CORRECT ITERATION PROCEDURE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Additional information on inclusion in the Special Employment Support Plan in the Hotel Sector&#8221;
