Following the announcement of the Special Employment Support Plan in the Hotel Sector, dated 03\/04\/2026<\/a>, the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs its affected members about the additional information and procedures that have been communicated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance<\/a> regarding the inclusion of businesses in the Plan. It is noted that the start date for the submission of applications will be announced by the Ministry within the next week.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Specifically, the following will apply:<\/u><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Submit an Application<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The application will be submitted through the ERGANI information system, using the existing passwords (username & password) that the company already has for recruitment purposes, terminations and Terms of Employment.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Preliminary Action \u2013 Salary Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Before submitting the application, each employer or authorized representative should update the actual monthly salary of each employee, by registering the Terms of Employment in the ERGANI system, following the following procedure:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • User Login<\/li>\n
      • Terms of Employment<\/li>\n
      • Import or Import with File<\/li>\n
      • Submission Process \u2013 Terms of Employment (for new recruitments)<\/li>\n
      • Submission Process \u2013 Correct Repetition (for existing hires with salary update)<\/li>\n
      • Submission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Procedure During Submission<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          With the opening of applications:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • The Employer Registration Number (A.M.E.) will be entered and a list of the company’s active employers will automatically appear.<\/li>\n
          • It will be possible to select up to 80% of the employees for whom a grant is requested.<\/li>\n
          • The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) of the business or self-employed must be declared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. Necessary Accompanying Documents<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The following should be attached:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Accountant’s report confirming the decrease in turnover or the occupancy rate<\/li>\n
              • Account Certificate (IBAN)<\/li>\n
              • Certificate of Directors and Shareholders from the Registrar of Companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  For the purposes of prompt examination of applications and timely payment of support:<\/p>\n

                  • The application can be submitted only once per S.M.E.<\/strong><\/li>\n
