The Customs Department is organizing an online training via Webex on the interoperability of AIS with the European Union Single Window for Customs, with the aim of guiding and facilitating economic operators in filling in the required data and the smooth exchange of relevant messages.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The training will take place on Monday, January 12, 2026<\/u><\/strong>, between the hours of 10:00 to 13:00<\/strong><\/u> and will be for Customs Agents\/Importers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The training will focus on the completion of the data and the new stages of the declaration after the implementation of AIS-CERTEX and will include real-life examples<\/u> of declarations that include the following licences\/certificates issued in the European CERTEX system:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Organic Control Certificate (COI)<\/li>\n
  2. Common Health Entry Document for Plants and Plant Products (CHEDPP)<\/li>\n
  3. Common Health Document for Feed and Food of Non-Animal Origin (CHED-D)<\/li>\n
  4. Common Health Entry Document for Products (CHED-P)<\/li>\n
  5. Common Health Document for Animals (CHED-A)<\/li>\n
  6. Products containing or consisting of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-GAS)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    It will also be explained how to fill in data in the case of certificates\/licenses concerning:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Licences for cultural goods (ICG)<\/li>\n
    2. Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (ODS) L100<\/li>\n
    3. CBAM Certificate \u2013 EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (to be operational from 1\/1\/2026)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
