The content of the consultation is linked to the technical specifications and standards that will govern the Central Registers of Beneficial Ownership of the Member States, based on Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1624 and Article 10 of Directive (EU) 2024\/1640. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The public consultation will remain open <strong>until December 24, 2025<\/strong>.
