The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs you that the Council of Ministers approved on Thursday, November 27, 2025, following a proposal by the Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry (YEEB), the new De Minimis<\/strong> Sponsorship Scheme<\/strong> to Cypriot companies for participation in foreign trade fairs during 2026, in which the Ministry of Finance participates with a state stand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With a budget of \u20ac1,700,000 for the year 2026<\/strong>, businesses and Producer Groups and Organizations recognized by the competent Authority active in the fields of processing and\/or marketing of industrial and agricultural products<\/strong>, as well as in related sectors of service provision, have the right to submit an application to the Scheme. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the extroversion of Cypriot companies producing and marketing products, their penetration in international markets and the increase of their exports. <\/p>\n

It is noted that with the announcement concerning the following reports, the Ministry does not undertake any commitment in case of non-participation, due to an unsatisfactory number of applicants and\/or non-approval of the budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
