The Director of the Department of Electronic Communications of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, announces the launch of a public consultation on the update of the National Space Strategy of Cyprus. This update is in the context of developments in the space sector as well as efforts to make Cyprus an ESA Associate Member during the upcoming Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which will take place in the first half of 2026. <\/p>\n

In addition to the substantive update (changes are highlighted in yellow) that have been given to the specific chapters “<\/strong>EXECUTIVE SUMMARY”,<\/strong> 5.2, 5.3, 5.4.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7, 7.1, 8.2.4, 8.4.1, 8.5 and 8.8.1,<\/strong> the text has also been edited linguistically.<\/p>\n
