The Department of Electromechanical Services informs the consumer that the following product, which has been identified on the market, does not comply with the basic safety requirements of the Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (LVD) Directive, since it contains substantial and serious safety risks for the user and property. Therefore, it has ordered its withdrawal and recall from the market. <\/p>\n

It is noted that the product should be returned to the importer, who is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the withdrawal and recall. In addition, the economic operator responsible for the recall of the equipment for safety reasons is obliged to provide the consumer with an effective, free and timely way of repair, without any time limitation. <\/p>\n
