The Ministry of Finance informs interested parties that it is putting up for public consultation the draft law entitled “Law Amending the Law of 2019 on the Issuance of Electronic Invoices in the Context of Public Procurement”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The purpose of the bill is to amend the 2019 Law on the Issuance of Electronic Invoices in the Framework of Public Procurement, in order to gradually make the use of electronic invoices in the context of public procurement fully mandatory. In particular, through the intended amendments, the Minister is granted the right to issue a decree setting the financial limits in public contracts concluded within the framework of the legislation on the award of public contracts, in addition to which the successful tenderers, during the execution of these contracts, will be obliged to issue electronic invoices. <\/p>\n
