“The Cyprus Innovation Awards competition is being organized this year for the 18th year. Within the framework of the institution, companies that innovate are awarded”, says Paraskevas Anastasiou, Director of the Business Development Department, of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) to<\/b> the camera of IN<\/i><\/b> Business<\/i><\/b> TV<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

The competition of the Cyprus Innovation Awards<\/b> (OEB) is an important initiative of the Federation of Employers and Industrialists, which has been organized since 2006, with the aim of recognizing and awarding companies and organizations that have managed to successfully implement innovative ideas.<\/p>\n

The Innovation Awards have become an institution, and are considered the highest distinction<\/b> for the successful implementation of innovation in Cyprus, while they are a model of good practice in the European Union.<\/p>\n

In addition, they are actively supported<\/b> by the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, the Foundation for Research and Innovation (RIF), as well as the Republic of Cyprus.<\/p>\n

As Paraskevas Anastasiou mentions, Cypriot businesses<\/b> and legal entities<\/b> that have innovated in any sector of the economy have the right to participate in the institution.<\/p>\n

In the video below, the Director of the Business Development Department, emphasizes that the deadline for submission of participations is February 13, 2025<\/em><\/strong>. On 26 March 2025, at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre<\/b>, in the presence of state officials and the President of the Republic of Cyprus, the four innovation awards will be awarded, in the fields of manufacturing, services, the primary sector and social innovation.<\/p>\n
